According to a recently leaked or declassified (or some junk) memo, the Bush Administration, contrary to their previous claims, authorized the use of “waterboarding” on “Al-Qaeda suspects“.
However, the Bush Administration stays the course on its position that it does not consider waterboarding torture.
Oh, the huge manatee!
To get to the bottom of this issue, I propose a simple experiment to determine if the Bush Administration actually considers waterboarding torture.
- Waterboard them,
- If they get a boner, they do not consider it torture (or at least not the bad kind).
