Finally: McCain is basically admitting here that the Palin choice was a political maneuver, a cynical answer to the “liberal feminist agenda.”  She is a base energizer, and nothing more.  Wow. At least he’s being honest.

I understand that VP picks are chosen for political calculations, but the cynicism of the Palin pick is particularly galling. She’s a walking propaganda piece.

Looks fun don't it?

According to a recently leaked or declassified (or some junk) memo, the Bush Administration, contrary to their previous claims, authorized the use of “waterboarding” on “Al-Qaeda suspects“.

However, the Bush Administration stays the course on its position that it does not consider waterboarding torture.

Oh, the huge manatee!

To get to the bottom of this issue, I propose a simple experiment to determine if the Bush Administration actually considers waterboarding torture.

1. Waterboard them,
2. If they get a boner, they do not consider it torture (or at least not the bad kind).
